Relax and unwind in beautiful countryside setting, with walking direct from door. Whether you are a serious rambler, dog walker or enjoy an occasional stroll, you have so much to enjoy. Easy drive to many tourist attractions.. All on the Ground Floor:

Pightle Cottage, standing semi-detached to the owner’s home, and is peacefully tucked away at the end of a long drive. Boasting open plan accommodation with bi-folding doors opening into the private lawn seating garden, enjoying un-interrupted views of the surrounding countryside fields, and with immediate access to miles of footpaths and trails direct from the doorstep. The area has a large number of footpaths, parish walks, and bridleways to enjoy.
Being a single storey barn conversion makes it an ideal choice for anyone wishing to avoid any steps or stairs. Indulge and enjoy some of the many award-winning restaurants within just a few minutes’ drive. A 4 minute drive is the local village inn, offering a warm welcome and serving good food all year round. The City of Norwich is 25 minutes’ drive, with theatres, castle museum, cathedral, art galleries, excellent shopping and fine restaurants. You will also find Dunston Hall Spa and Golf course in just 4½ miles. The historic market town of Beccles is located at the southernmost tip of the famous Norfolk Broads 15 miles away.
