Orchard Studio is a single story spacious barn conversion situated in the quite village of Ashby St Mary.
The accomodation is spacious open plan with kitchen/dining/living areas forming the heart of the property. You will have access to the orchard garden with courtyard patio area with open countryside views and al fresco dining on southern decked area.
Covered parking is available.
The interior is light and spacious. Kitchen has hob/oven, extractor, dishwasher, fridge, toaster.
The main bedroom has king size bed, wardrobe and draws. The single bedroom can accommodate two with additional pull out bed.
Wet room with toilet, basin and shower.
We are 7 miles from Norwich/Beccles and Bungay. 40 minutes from coast.(Southwold, GT Yarmouth)
Or just walk down (10 minuits) to local pub with great food and drinks.
