The living room has a lovely wood burner to raise a glass in front of in more chilly months, making this the perfect choice for a break whatever season you decide to visit.
You will be tempted to stay put and chill out, but should you venture a little further you will find yourself in the heart of gorgeous North Norfolk countryside with the Broads almost on your doorstep and the coast just a short drive away. Head to Wroxham, often considered the gateway to the Broads and join a tour, captain your own day launch, or explore the stunning coastline just packed with beaches, sand dunes, marshes, quays, and clifftop walks. Don’t miss a chance for a coffee or lunch on famous Cromer pier because from here you will enjoy the best views of this pretty seaside town. In fact, there is so much to see and do here you will need to come back juts to fit it all in. And when you do, you are sure to rebook Glebe Cottage as it will steal a piece of your heart.

Despite an early hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Grebe Lodge.
Despite an early hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Grebe Lodge. It is a wonderful cosy home. Very peaceful location too, with easy access to visitor attractions all over Norfolk. The cabin is equipped with everything you could want, and all good quality, not the cheapest option. Lots of quirky items and interesting books, posters and photos. As it is a gated community of similar properties, so very private, there was no noisy traffic and nobody came on site uninvited.Mr Spanton, the owner, was most concerned about our problems, don’t rely on Hoseasons to sort out anything, Great holiday.
