Our exclusive villa with breathtaking views over the bay and islands of Kalkan has 7 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of up to 14 people.
The villa is located in a quiet location away from the noise of the city and is ideal for large families and groups of friends. In the outdoor area of our villa you will find a 70 m2 pool, sun loungers, a seating area, a BBQ and a dining table.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and has the latest kitchen appliances. All kitchen utensils such as refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, dispenser, crockery for 12 people are ready for you.

Living room: The living area of our villa draws attention to the unique view of Kalkan with its modern and comfortable seating area. There is a seating area, a TV, a coffee table, air conditioning and a dining area.
There is access to the pool terrace.

1st bedroom: There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, air conditioning, a TV and an en suite bathroom.
