Convenient, clean and great host

We enjoyed our stay and the property is in a great location, near Baldwin Park which was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. The home was just as it is shown in the listing and was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and we will certainly recommend the property to our family/friends that often visit the area.

The property is beautiful and the location was ideal, however had some minor snafus along the way— issues with the access code at check-in, intermittently delayed communication, run in with at least five 3inch roaches in one week. The property manager was at least responsive and sent pest control after being notified. Overall enjoyable stay.

Another excellent stay!

Second time renting from Antoinette and Josh & the experience was just as excellent as the first time. We were looking for a place roughly midway betweend downtown Orlando, Alafaya and Winter Park, so drives would be short to see family and friends. The house was clean and supplied with the basic necessities. It is clearly a well-maintained property in a quiet suburban neighborhood. We would certainly consider A&J again next year!

Mid century modern at its best

A 50’s Florida basic 2 bed ranch totally remodeled for today’s living. It is spotless outside and inside. Functional kitchen. The walk in shower was spacious. Comfy beds and quality linens. The location central to restaurants, shopping and Lake Baldwin. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Convenient to downtown and Winter Park. Sofa and bed were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and has nice appliances. Place was really clean. Only TV was an antenna and our own streaming. Would have been nice to have a grill and rug in the living area. Quiet street except for sirens and aircraft noise.

The property was ok...it's possible that someone is staying on the other side of the house as it's unit 1 and unit 2, didn't know that until I arrived and yes someone had the other side. This is the first VRBO rental that I have experienced this. Communication could be better with the host as they do not respond to u. I checked out at 0930 sent the host the text and she text me at 10 asking if I would confirm that I checked out after I already confirmed. The house is clean and nice so the overall experience wasn't horrible. Communication is important and the fact that it was 2 units and that was unknown until arrival I wouldn't stay here again.
