Tre grandi vetrate, ognuna con tenda a rullo , delimitano il soggiorno con affaccio sul parco sottostante. Comunica con la zona giorno la cucina a vista moderna e perfettamente attrezzata.
1 camera da letto con letto queen size , una seconda camera da letto con letto king size , due bagni completi con doccia spaziosa, armadi e ripostigli.Ciascuna camera con finestre e porta finestra per accesso al balcone con piante e fiori a vaso affaccia sul parco . Sul balcone grazioso tavolino per colazione e griglia per BBQ.
