Bring your toys and enjoy this 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom lake house with many updates including hardwood floors, tile bathrooms, tile kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. All your basic kitchen condiments, tea, coffee (keurig & regular coffee maker), along with small kitchen appliances like blender, crockpot, mixer, etc.... The home also offers 2 family rooms. There is a beautiful sunroom, multiple outside decks with gas grill, fire-pit, and outside seating with beautiful water views. The home has satellite tv, ROKU, and WIFI. The homes bedrooms are a king size bed, queen size, full size and one bedroom with twin beds. All linens and towels are provided. This home is across the lake from Boone Lake Marina. There is also a public boat ramp across the street for your convience. Boone Lake also offers a beautiful white sand public beach a short drive from the house and boat rentals. The home is only 10 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. It is conviently located only 15 minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway and Johnson City. Beautiful Christmas destination to make memories! Come enjoy our treehouse on the lake and enjoy fun with your family and friends. Boat/Waverunner are not included in rental.

A Wonderful Getaway!

We were ready to get away to a lake front property that wasn’t a tiny, old, out of date fishing cabin. “Hale Koa” was just what the doctor ordered! Absolutely breathtaking in decor and location. We hope to return one day and will highly recommend!

Beautiful home on a lovely lake!

We really enjoyed our time in this home. Boon Lake is really nice! We were able to rent a pontoon from a marina on the lake. Our kids had a great time. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The house have everything you need. Great property!

Spacious, yet cozy and well-kept home with beautiful morning views of the sunrise over the lake. Loved the expansive spaces where people could gather or separate to play (Pool table area / Outside patio's / Living Room / Kitchen bar / More)...it was perfect for our large group. My experience at the lake house

I enjoyed this house immensely. The location, the set up, everything is there for you to use. When you have a question the host Dave responds right away. The overall experience was phenomenal. Would definitely stay here again and are looking to next year.
