The sunsets are spectacular! Inside there’s a fitted kitchen and cosy sitting room, both spaces enjoy a garden view. There is also a dining area. The spacious double bedroom with Victorian Iron bedstead also has a garden view and a sizeable shower in its en-suite bathroom. There’s a large luxury Danish double (sprung base) sofa bed in the sitting room that could serve as an extra bed for one or two guests.

Loved it with all the home comforts and attention to detail was first class. Had a peaceful, relaxing stay and a lovely place to crash after a busy day seeing the island
Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean! Easy to cook, with plenty of pots and pans. Great location near Stornoway. Quiet spot in lovely neighborhood.
We used this great little stay as a home base for two days as we finished riding the Hebridean Way. Great place away from the hustle and bustle with incredible views.
Melanie was an excellent host! The place was super clean, new, with lovely bedding, towels, dishwater and cookware. Plus, coffee and shortbread! Thank you, we enjoyed our stay very much.
This modern and comfortable apartment was just what we needed. An ideal location for exploring Lewis and a peaceful to rest at the end of each day’s adventures.
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was just as advertised. Ultra clean and cozy with lots of nice little touches throughout and an incredibly comfortable bed. Highly recommended.
Lovely base. Very comfortable & well appointed. Beautiful spot for walks, exploring the area. Great beach walk from the near by lighthouse. We spent 2 enjoyable days here. Highly recommended.
Loved this stay! After much travel and nice hotels, it was so comforting to have a place like home to relax. Beds were comfy. Place was immaculate and stocked with anything you may need. Melany was excellent with communication. Nicely decorated and comfy allaround. Exactly the reset we needed before the rest of our adventures
Only needed a place for one night, a little far from where we needed to be but best accommodation, I was lucky to find! Owner was very clear, helpful and thoughtful. We were weary and enjoyed the stay - much comfort, care and cleanliness to be had . Would recommend!
Overall, a wonderfully lovely stay! Melany is a superb host—communication with her was so quick, easy, and kind. It was clear that much attention to detail and forethought had gone into preparing the accommodation. The space was perfectly clean, comfortable, and incredibly well equipped. The location (Aird / Point) is peaceful and quiet.Would highly recommend!
Absolutely lovely property
Very quiet area but that was just what we wanted
Town wasn’t far away for shopping and entertainment
We came up for a concert and it was perfectly located for us and close to family too
We had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend to friends
A lovely, relaxing stay after a busy day of travel, this place was perfect for an overnight. If a picture/map of location could be included in info that would be great, as there is also a village Aird north of town and farther away and we initially thought that was it.
Melany was a perfect host to a really lovely and exceptionally well presented and beautifully furnished home. My husband and I had a lovely few days visiting all our old haunts and it was lovely coming back and relaxing in the evenings. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a holiday. We stayed for one night before catching ferry home next day. Melany’s home is a home from home. It was exceptionally clean, with lovely homely touches everywhere. Well appointed and comfortable. Melany was a great host being very responsive to messages and both check in and check out were seamless. The location is ideal for exploring, only a few minutes to Stornoway or up to the lighthouse at the Point. We were only sorry we couldn’t stay longer.
