Holiday apartment Casa Serena
Casa Serena is one of three residential units available for rent in Podere Follona.
Follona is idyllically located in the countryside between Caldana and Vetulonia. The 360° beautiful view is unique. Perfect for a vacation to switch off from everyday life.
Since part of the house is also used privately and Podere Follona is also a special place for our family, it is important to us that our guests feel just as comfortable, and so we have furnished each holiday apartment generously and with charm.
Swimming pool and the associated terrace are accessible to everyone.
An unpaved, approx. 2km long gravel road leads you to the house.
Layout: Ground floor: (Living room(single sofa bed, double bed, toaster, cooker, coffee machine, fridge, insect screens, Towels incl.), bathroom(shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, Towels incl.)) terrace, garden, garden furniture, sun loungers, swimming pool
