Spacious and cozy apartment, a short walk from the promenade and the Petruzzelli Theater.The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building with an elevator, located close to the city's historic center. The entrance opens onto a hallway that leads to the different rooms of the house. The living area consists of a very spacious living room, furnished with a dining table, two sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, and a TV. The space is lit by natural light thanks to the two French-doors in the room. Next to it is the kitchen where there is an additional dining table and all modern amenities including an oven, a dishwasher, and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds.
