We have stayed in this condo two years straight, we love the two bedroom and the second bathroom has a queen bed in it which we needed. The view is beautiful. And the owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns as well as ensuring we had what we needed and enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this space for some R&R!

My family loved this property! Conveniently located next to everything and had all kitchen, beach, and fishing supplies we needed. Our favorite spots were on the patio, at the gym, and by the pool. Thank you Giovanna for being a lovely host!

The condo was very clean & well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. Also, beach towels, chairs & umbrella were included. The building had a large outdoor pool & gym on the premises. Although you can't see the beach from the condo terrace, the beach was a short walk from the building. Our hostess, Giovanna was very kind & attentive.She quickly responded to any questions. My husband & I look forward to returning next year.

Giovanna was an absolutely wonderful host! The property was exactly as described — clean, beautiful, and in a perfect location. We loved being just steps from the beach with such a gorgeous view, and it was so convenient to everything in Destin. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Giovanna made the entire stay easy and enjoyable. When I book a property one of my biggest considerations is the pictures must make me exhale. I picture myself relaxing in that place. Pictures of this property ticked that box. Standing inside the property made me feel the same way. Elegant fixtures, wonderful host, access to beautiful white sand and emerald green water. We had a wonderful time. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but no complaints.

Our trip and accommodations were great. The facility was well maintained, pool was great. The stroll to the beach is easy. Our rental unit was well maimed, clean, and well stocked. We had beach gear that was great. Our host was excellent. Any questions answered almost immediately and their suggestions for restaurants and activities were spot on. We plan to return again next year with a longer stay. Shout out to the Back Porch for great seafood!

We had a wonderful stay at our condo at the Terrace at Pelican Beach resort. It was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. and bathroom. The beach toys and beach supplies were great to have for my three kids. We enjoyed using the hot tubs and pools at all three of the different buildings in this resort.We give this place a thumbs up!
