This charming wooden lodge is set in a peaceful location in the beautiful pine covered hills of Las Colinas and comes with a private swimming pool, fantastic hot tub and wonderful views across the valley to the rolling hills of the Garraf Natural Park.As well as enjoying a tranquil and natural setting, Casa Mokki is less than a 20-minute scenic drive to the bustling holiday resort of Sitges with its numerous bars, restaurants, and boutiques as well as its excellent sandy Blue Flag Mediterranean beaches. What’s more, the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is only a 45-minute drive away and the airport just 35 minutes.The chalet has been beautifully updated with bright and modern interiors and comfortable furnishings, and yet it still manages to retain much of its original rustic charm.ACCOMMODATIONThis beautiful lodge is well equipped to the standards you would expect of a quality holiday home and offers every amenity necessary to make your holiday at Casa Mokki a memorable experience.Ground FloorThe front door of Casa Mokki leads straight into an attractive living/dining space. This communal area is nicely furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, coffee table and large TV. The dining area features a custom-built dining table seating up to 10 guests and even has an overhead projector for family movie nights.The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with 4-ring gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The kitchen conveniently has direct access out to a covered outdoor al fresco dining area and hot tub.The first of the 3 bedrooms is located off the living room. This cozy room offers a double bed as well as a small annex accommodating a single bed, which could be extended to a double bed at a squeeze.Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. This bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer for guest use.First FloorThe 1st floor is accessed by stairs from the living/dining area and features 2 good sized and comfortable double bedrooms; one with a balcony facing the front of the house and the other with a window offering beautiful views of the rolling hills of the Garraf natural park.There is a bathroom conveniently located between the two bedrooms.BEDROOMSCasa Mokki can sleep up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms (plus annex) as follows.Bedroom 1 – ground floor – double (150cm x 200cm), wardrobe plus annex with single bed that can be made into a double but with limited space.Bedroom 2- 1st floor – double (160cm x 200cm) with wardrobe, TV & wonderful views.Bedroom 3 – 1st floor – twin beds (can be pushed together to make a double) wardrobe, TV, balcony with two sun loungers.BathroomsBathroom 1 – ground floor – shower, washbasin, WC.Bathroom 2 – 1st floor – shower, washbasin, WC.OUTSIDE SPACESThe outside spaces at Casa Mokki are perfectly set up for enjoying a fantastic family holiday in the Mediterranean sunshine.The 5.5m x 3.5m private swimming pool and hot tub are surrounded by attractive gardens with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxation. Guests can enjoy panoramic vistas across the valley whilst relaxing in the jacuzzi.The covered terrace area offers the ideal place for alfresco dining with a dining table seating 8 guests, BBQ and ambient lighting to set the mood. There is also comfortable lounge seating, perfect for relaxing out of the hot midday sun or for enjoying after dinner drinks in the evening.The ping pong table is located in the garden.There is off street parking for up to 2/3 cars and free street parking outside the house.
