Payments:
Credit card (Vrbo): If you choose to pay by credit card through Vrbo, a 3% surcharge will be applied to the total amount.
Direct bank transfer: No fees.
Both options include Vrbo assistance.

Cleaning costs (includes bath towels, pool towels, and bed linen):
Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning – 325 Euros.
2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2 hours) – 100 Euros + Final cleaning – 325 Euros.
3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings – 100 Euros each + Final cleaning – 325 Euros.

Tourist tax:
1 Euro per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of the stay.

Low season (October to April):
Weekly stays: Monthly provision for utilities (water, electricity, gas) – 300 Euros, adjusted to actual consumption.
Monthly stays: Provision – 800 Euros/month, adjusted to actual consumption.

Heated pool (optional):
Week: 300 Euros (200 Euros for pool heating + 100 Euros estimated electricity consumption).

🕗 Late check-in:
From 20:00 to 24:00: Supplement of 45 Euros.
After 24:00: Supplement of 70 Euros.

Pets:
Supplement of 100 Euros per week.

💼 Damage deposit:

Monthly stays: 1,500 Euros, refundable within 15 days.
