House 450m2 on a plot of 800m2, 16 guests, 13 beds, 7 bedrooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 living rooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Possibility of accommodating 28/30 people with the other 350m2 house that we have next door.

HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend sending a request for information to our agency since we have several villas, "sending a question to the real estate professional", so we will advise you on the villa that best suits your needs". Then you can book in total security in "Book Now".

We recommend booking stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to reserve a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us to specify rates and availability.

Up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: 350 €.

2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): 100 € + Final cleaning: 350 €.

3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: 100 € each + Final cleaning: 350 €.

Supplement of 30 €/person/day starting from 10 people.

Tourist tax:
1 € per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days.

Low season (October to April):

Weekly stays: Monthly provision for utilities (water, electricity, gas): 250 €, adjusted to actual consumption.

This booking is really terrible, the Villa is too far away from the beach, actually it’s on the top of the mountain, no beaches in the area at all! The worst thing is there is no public transportation and even no Uber! We are family with seniors and kids, we can not change to other locations! They asked us to stay there and they said they would take the transportation cost, but the host weekly villa kept changing their compensation plan ! We didn’t agree, then it is so funny, after 4days we checked out and they told us we damaged the dinning table! The host even checked everything before we left.I have no more words on it! The wrong information destroyed my holiday, and the bad manners the host dealing with the us is really disappointing! Stop booking, to save your holiday!Another warning for you, we still haven’t received our deposit after 3wks of checking out and no feedback from the host.

Dear Nannan, We are truly sorry to hear that your experience at Villa Las Moreras did not meet your expectations. Villa Las Moreras is a fully renovated Villa that preserves traditional architectural elements, located in Villadellops — a charming wine-producing village featuring a winery, a restaurant, and a viewpoint overlooking the vineyard valley. Many of our previous guests have praised both the design and the quality of the renovation. During your stay, you personally confirmed through several messages that you liked the villa, and you described the service provided by our check-in manager as excellent. The issue seems to stem mainly from the location. Before confirming your reservation, we shared a detailed location map with you and validated the exact position of the villa via phone and WhatsApp. As clearly stated, Villadellops is not near the beach, and we received your approval to proceed with the booking. This is the standard procedure for all our guests. Upon your arrival on a Saturday afternoon, and in response to your concerns, our reservations manager on duty offered to cover the cost of taxis to Sitges temporarily, until we could review the details of your reservation and all prior communications. That review was completed on the following Monday, and it confirmed that the villa’s location had been accurately communicated and accepted. Regarding the check-out, the inspection process can take up to a week. In your case, stains were found on the natural wood dining table — most likely caused by a chemical solvent (such as nail polish remover). The owners initially tried to clean it at no cost, but the damage requires intervention by the original artisan who crafted the table in order to restore it properly. As soon as the repair is completed and the final cost confirmed, we will proceed to settle the deposit, factoring in the taxi expenses for three days of trips to Sitges — as a gesture of goodwill, even though the booking information provided was accurate.
