Key Points for Booking Your Stay:

1. Payment Methods:
- You can pay by credit card (with a 3% surcharge) or by bank transfer (no additional costs).
- Both options allow you to purchase the Vrbo Assistance Service, which includes customer service and support during your stay.

2. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays up to one week: The cost of final cleaning at the end of the stay is €250.
- Stays of two weeks: Includes a mid-stay cleaning of 2 hours by 2 people at a cost of €80, and a full final cleaning at the end of the second week for €250.
- Stays of three weeks: Includes two mid-stay cleanings (one halfway through the first week and another halfway through the second week), each at a cost of €80, and a full final cleaning at the end of the third week for €250.
- Stays of one month: Includes three mid-stay cleanings at the end of each week, each at a cost of €80, and a full final cleaning at the end of the month for €350.

3. Tourist Tax:
- €1 per adult (over 18 years) per day, applicable during the first 7 days.

4. Low Season Surcharges (October to April):
- For stays of one month, a surcharge of €800 per month will be applied for water, electricity, and gas costs based on actual consumption.

5. Short Weekend Stays:

6. Late Arrival:
- Between 8 p.m. and midnight: Surcharge of €45.
- After midnight: Surcharge of €70.

7. Deposit:
- The deposit is €1000.
