On arrival, you are greeted by a light and welcoming entrance hallway with a colourful and vibrant living room to your left. The living room has been tastefully furnished with colourful artwork and comfortable settes. The entire ground floor is open plan, with double doors opening to the more formal dining area, with antique style furniture and side table. The kitchen at the rear of the property can be accessed via the traditional hallway, or via the dining room.

Enjoy cooking up a meal in the sociable kitchen with traditional shaker style units, five ring freestanding range cooker and a further dining table with seating for eight. The room offers itself to entertaining with a sociable feel and open plan nature. The games room at the rear of the property is sure to keep children and perhaps adults of all ages entertained with comfortable futon settee and flat screen smart TV along with a table football table, that can be turned around for mini air hockey or even a game of pool! The downstairs shower room is tucked away through a doorway from this room.

Double doors open out to a lovely enclosed rear garden with side access and a hose pipe to wash sandy dogs off from a day at the beach. There is a paved seating area as you step out of the house, with rattan outdoor seating, glass topped dining table and cushions - perfect for enjoying a BBQ on a summers evening. Further up the lawned garden is a decked seating area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine.

All four bedrooms are arranged over two floors, the first floor is home to the family bathroom, with walk in shower and feature freestanding bath. Along the hallway you will find a bright and airy twin bedroom, next door to a king size bedroom tastefully furnished in neutral colours, it even has a relaxing armchair in the bay window to stop and watch the world go by. Up to the second floor, are two further bedrooms - one king and one twin, meaning that this property offers an element of privacy for two or more groups holidaying together.
