Ponent - Beachfront Apartment, Coastal Retreat
This exquisite, fully renovated flat invites you to enjoy a unique experience on the beautiful coast of Menorca.
With its carefully restored design and attractive décor, this space exudes tranquillity and elegance.
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed; the second bedroom has a practical bunk bed, perfect for children or close friends.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into a cosy living room, complete with air conditioning, a sofa and a TV for your enjoyment.
However, the jewel in the crown is the spectacular private terrace with sea views. To access it, guests need to pass through one of the bedrooms, cross the private patio and climb an external staircase. Once there, you can relax in the Mediterranean climate while enjoying the sea breeze and the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is the perfect spot for al fresco breakfasts, dinners with a view, or simply watching an unforgettable sunset in a peaceful and relaxing setting.
What’s more, our flat’s strategic location gives you the chance to explore the natural wonders of Es Grau and the surrounding area.
SERVICES
- The flat has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.
- The living room is air-conditioned, with a heat pump.
- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.
- At the entrance to Es Grau, you will find a free public car park. We recommend parking there, as parking within the village is not permitted. It is a 4-minute walk from the car park to the village.
OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS
- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory for all guests to complete online check-in and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.
- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.
- Before your arrival, and once you have completed the registration process and paid the fee, we will send you all the information you need to access the flat, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or require any recommendations, we will be on hand and delighted to assist you via our customer service team.
- A security deposit is required via a temporary hold on the credit card. The deposit amount is 300 €. The hold will be placed on the day of check-in and automatically released 3 days after check-out.
- The furniture, décor or certain features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs shown.
HOW TO GET AROUND
The choice between travelling by public transport or private vehicle in Menorca depends on several factors, including your personal preferences, the level of flexibility you require and the activities you plan to enjoy during your stay.
We generally recommend having your own vehicle, as it allows you to explore the island in a more comfortable and flexible way, while also giving you access to more remote locations. However, we understand that this is a personal choice.
