Whilst the views were stunning the overall experience was not good. The check in process and communication with host till arrival day was good and questions were answered timely. Unfortunately we left 2 days early as we were not happy with the accommodation. On day 2 we made contact about issues in the accommodation but these were not resolved and we not even got a response the local host

Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Wir hatten uns durch die Fotos im Inserat sofort in das Ferienhaus verliebt. Der Garten und der Ausblick auf den See sind auch wunderschön. Es fehlt auch im Haus an nichts , ausser an Sauberkeit. Der Fußboden im Schlafzimmer war so dreckig, dass wir erst einmal eine ganze Kehrschaufel Dreck aufgekehrt haben. Auch auf den Bilderrahmen und Regalen war der Staub Zentimeter hoch. Der Duschvorhang war geschimmelt und die Toilettenbrille ist mit Kabelbindern befestigt, dadurch war die Benutzung sehr abenteuerlich. Im eigentlich sehr schönen Wintergarten ist das Unkraut gewachsen. Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war sehr unpersönlich, nur über das Nachrichtenportal von FeWo möglich. Seine Antwort auf unsere Beschwerde wegen der Sauberkeit war, das es ein rustikales Haus ist und daher schwer zu reinigen ist. Wir besitzen selber ein rustikales Ferienhaus, so etwas kennen wir dort allerdings nicht. Die Auflagen der Gartenliegen haben wir sehr verschmutzt in einem Gerümpelhaufen gefunden. Die Empfehlung des Gastgebers war, Handtücher darauf zu legen. Die Krönung des Ganzen kam am letzten Abend als wir Ameisen in unserem Bett fanden.Vor unserer Abreise haben wir uns erkundigt ob der Parkplatz für 2 Motorräder geeignet ist . Die Antwort war ja, allerdings mussten wir dann feststellen, dass der Parkplatz ein schmaler Streifen am Straßenrand ist.So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht.
