The traditional styling throughout is perfectly suited to the Grade II* listed status, with wonderfully charming historic quirks and beautiful period features in every room. There is no shortage of space, with multiple reception rooms and even a spa area with sauna and heated indoor swimming pool (see Finer Details). This sense of space continues into the large garden and courtyard, both wonderful areas to explore in the warmer months. The maximum occupancy for this property is 12 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 6 additional infants
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
Excluding the fireplaces in the sitting and family rooms, all other fireplaces are decorative and should not be used
The owner lives in a self-contained property in the grounds of The Court House

Please note that the spa area is available for use between 7:30am and 10pm. Children under 16 years old are not permitted to use the sauna and should not be left unsupervised in the spa area. Detailed rules for usage are hung on the wall and should be obeyed at all times for safety purposes
