Villa Elena is one of 4 luxury villas in the village of Ladici, near Kanfanar. Each villa has its own hydromassage pool.
The special features of this complex are 2 tennis courts, sports courts for handball, basketball and volleyball, as well as 2 bowling courts, which are available to guests.
An organic garden with seasonal vegetables is also available to guests.

This very luxuriously furnished villa is a perfect blend of Istrian tradition and luxury.
It is very elegantly furnished and invites you to enjoy. The ground floor has a spacious living room overlooking the pool, kitchen and one bedroom with private bathroom which also has access to the pool.
There is also a covered terrace with a fireplace to enjoy fine dining and Istrian wines. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and SAT-TV. Two of them have own balcony.
All rooms are air conditioned. The 50m2 pool with sun loungers and parasols is at guests' disposal. Private parking for 4 cars is in fenced yard. A children's playground and a handful of sports facilities will completely fill your free time.
