Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans l’appartement de Francesc et tout était parfait !La communication avant est impeccable. L’accueil est très agréable avec des petites attentions. L’appartement est très propre, bien entretenu, bien équipé et proche de tout. L’option parking est également un plus. Je recommande à 200% cette location.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Er hat immer sehr schnell mit WhatsApp geantwortet. Auch einige coronabedingte Probleme konnten schnell gelöst werden. So konnten wir 10 wundervolle Tage in Katalonien verbringen. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank Francesc.

Great apartment with good beds

With 6 persons we had a great time in this apartment. The basics and more are available in the apartment like extra clean sheets and enough towels for showers. And when it isn’t enough, there is a new was machine. Fransesc has an adequate response time on the app by questions and gives you the necessary information on your questions. The beach is 300 meter and the supermarket is about 150 meter. Calella self has a plenty of different shops and restaurants and the train station is about 10-15 minutes walking through the main street with all the nice shops. Enjoy your time at Fransesc place!!

Trotz Verspätungen aufgrund des Fluges verlief die Wohnungsübergabe hervorragend. Vermieter war ständig erreichbar über Whats App. Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Trotz etwas geringen Englischkenntnissen des Vermieters lief die Verständigung reibungslos. Preis und Leistung gehen für die Lage der Wohnung absolut in Ordnung.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, einmaliger Ausblick

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung! Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sauber und ordentlich. Fantastischer Ausblick vom riesigen Balkon. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Meer oder im Zentrum. Auch der Busbahnhof ist nicht weit, manchmal kann man jedoch die Busse hören. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren mit Kind und Baby dort und es gab gar kein Problem. Bettchen und Hochstuhl wurden von dem sehr netten Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Lift für den Kinderwagen vorhandenen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à sa description, idéal pour 5 ou 6 personnes ( ex; pour nous: 2 adultes et 3 enfants) Bien situé , plage assez proche pour accès à pied, de même pour la gare ( 1heure de train de Barcelone) . Propriétaire accueillant, aucun problème; nous avons passé une excellents semaine !Nous recommandons cette location à Calella qui comporte les commerces utiles et nombre de cafés ou restaurants abordables.

"Nice flat, close to many restaurants, bars and shops. Not far from railway station. The flat is not large but very comfortable and well equiped. Nice view to sea, close to the beach. But it may be noisy in high season because the busstop (for touristic buses) is nearby."

"Een leuk en vooral ruim apartement. Vanuit de lange en brede balkon heb je een uitstekend uitzicht op zee. De kinderen konden beneden op eigen terrein spelen met andere kinderen. Hele aardige mensen in het apartement. Je bent in 5-7 min. lopen op het strand. Winkels 3 min lopen. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntjes zijn betaald perkeren en ''s-nacht is het luidruchtig vanwege de (touring)busstop en de feestende jongelui. Het is écht een aanrader. This apartment is really great, nice situated and not to mention the view from the balcony to the see. The beach is 5-7 min walking. The owner is very kindly en helpfull. This apartment and Calella is really a place to be."

"Es un hermoso departamente, con todas las comodidades que se necesitan para unas vacaciones. Hay que destacar el amplio balcón que da al mar y a la montaña, con unas vistas maravillosas. Por otro lado, hay que tener en cuenta que está ubicado en zona céntrica, que por supuesto tiene mucha vida."
