Casa Augusta

Lovely two bedrooms apartment located 2.5 km away from the center of Bellagio, on the hill of Suira. The main features our guests love: spacious and naturally cool rooms, peaceful neighborhood, modern design and wi-fi connection, private car box.

At the base floor, the apartment is composed of a large living room with TV and two sofas, kitchen with induction hob, main bathroom and a bedroom with two beds. A double bedroom with a small bathroom is at the first floor. The free wi-fi installed in all of the property makes it perfect for remote working.

Please note that at arrival you will be asked to:
1. Provide your identity documents for registration in the Italian police website (Servizio Alloggiati Web);
2. Pay cash the accommodation tax required by the Bellagio municipality, which amounts to 3€ per person per night.

Perfect stay

The house is really nice and spacious. We spent a lovely holiday here with our teenage kids. The most important KPI for them—the Wi-Fi—works absolutely fine. It’s a 15-minute walk to Bellagio, so we enjoyed being away from the tourist crowds. We explored some of the trails, visited the stone beaches in Onno, and took a trip to Milan. Everywhere we went, we were treated to beautiful views. The lake is warm and clean. After our outings, we could relax on the sunbeds in the small garden opposite the house. Andrea is the best host ever—helpful and responsive.
