Welcome to Bend's West Side! You'll fall in love with Points West - With easy access to our charming downtown and Old Mill area, as well as to Mt. Bachelor and the beauty of the Cascade Lakes. This stunning house puts all of these areas within reach. Points West is surrounded by the tranquility of the Deschutes River with the river trailhead not far from your door.

With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms- all suites include full baths and over 2000 square feet of space to stretch out in, Point West can easily accommodate up to 9 guests. Have a well-behaved pet? We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled. They are welcome too!

The architectural layout is cozy, yet up to date as this home has an open floor plan with high ceilings, contemporary furnishings, and lots of windows throughout. There are high definition flat screen TV's, a gas fireplace, gorgeous hardwood floors, a fully-stocked kitchen with brand stainless steel appliances, and a large dining table for six.

Enjoy outside living "Bend style" while you and your friends cook out on the gas grill, have dinner on the patio surrounded by native landscaping and the sounds of bubbling water from the brook below.

This home proudly features super comfy beds with European style bedding with fresh, clean duvet covers, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and gas range, washer dryer, cable, dvd, wireless internet, and much more for you to discover!

This house is also central to the Seventh Mountain Resort and Widgi Creek Golf Course - all just a few steps away. Family getaway

This was a lovely home for an intergenerational group. Everything was well-maintained and tasteful. Bonuses included a well-equipped kitchen and books for the children.

Great rental for large group

Our 8 adults were extremely pleased with this clean, spacious unit, each couple having their own ensuite bathroom. The location was ideal for us to explore Bend, as we were all cyclists, with plenty of room for the bicycles in the garage. We definitely plan on coming back here

Family Vacation

Great having bathrooms, in every bedroom. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was nice being so close to Mt. Bachelor. The only minor complaint was the lack of games. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved this house. Spotless, great location, lots of space.

This house was everything we expected and more. Super easy check in. Upon arrival , the house was easy to find and very clean. Great for 2 small families. All of the beds were comfortable and lots of amenities for cooking. It’s a great location if you plan on spending time at Mt. Bachelor. It’s close to the mountain, but also close enough to town if you want to go eat, shop or catch a movie. I loved that after a long day of skiing you can be relaxing in front of the fire ( or in the bath tub) in about 15 minutes!!! The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. I hope to stay here again!!! ( and postmates delivers if your too tired to cook or go out)

Baseball tournament

We stayed here for our annual baseball tournament after last minute cancellation with our original location. Communication was great and house was amazing. We had a few minor issues but management took care of it immediately. A great experience and stay all-around.

Relaxing get away

We would have given 5 stars, but the parking was difficult with an over-sized vehicle and the tv in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work, but they offering to send a technician out. Other than that it's a great place to stay, close to everything.

Golf trip

Just four guys on a golf trip. The house was everything we needed. Very comfortable And more than enough space. Didn’t spend a lot of time at the house. Beds were comfortable.

Lovely Ski Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious house. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was plenty of room for our group of 5. I appreciated the kids' items: toys, dishes, small chairs, etc that made my kids feel welcome. The living room furniture is aged and could stand to be replaced, as are some of the dining chairs, but that didn't bother our trip!

Beautiful Home, Serene Setting

The Inn at Seventh Mountain is a beautiful setting, just outside of the business of town. The home is wonderfully located within the resort, next to a bubbling creek, relaxing to hear while on the back patio and sleeping! Great house plan with each bedroom having their own full bathroom. Comfortable beds and check in and out process was seamless. Would definitely rent again!

Serenity

We celebrated my husbands 50th with friends and family at this beautiful townhome. It was the perfect setting - close to mountain bike and walking trails, Uber ride to downtown bend to shop and hit the beer trail, as well as a peaceful setting with a waterfall and wildlife surrounding the backyard setting. House was comfortable and inviting. We miss it already!

Great location; even better service

Loved the location of this property. Close to everything in Bend. Excellent layout. We appreciated the full bathrooms in each of the 4 bedrooms. Had a problem with one of the showers draining. We emailed the management company, who replied promptly. An employee was at our property in under a hour to fix it. Their service was impeccable!

Friends trip

The place was great. Really big house. Huge rooms which we loved. Kitchen stocked good. Could provide larger coffee cups. The furniture was not comfortable at all. Could use new ones. The beds were great and that is more important than anything. We loved the area and will stay again on our next trip to Bend. The fire place really kept the room warm. House was very easy to heat. We had some snow everyday, but we were nice and warm. We just had a great time. One of the best houses ever and we have been making these trips for over 30 years. M

Big place- room for many- well appointed and stocked

Loved staying at this place. Sleeps 8 beautifully. Was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom! All the rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need including coffee, beans, a grinder! Two car garage was wonderful.
