Beautiful apartment located in the Deltamar urbanization in Playa de Xeraco. 1st line beach with direct access to the sea. Swimming pool and green areas, that will delight your holiday. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen and terrace with side views.
It is located on the Costa de Valencia, 2. Its area is 620 meters by 60 meters wide. It is an urban protected beach without promenade, blue flag, and European tourist quality, mainly composed of golden sand. The normal state of the sea is calm waters.

Sehr saubere Wohnung in erster Linie zum Strand!

Die Wohnung von Matías und Carmen war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Sonne scheint bis Abends auf die Terasse und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Die Schlüsselübergabe passiert in einem nahegelegenen Büro und ist ebenfalls mehr als unkompliziert. Bei unserem Besuch im Mai war es sehr ruhig, es waren allerdings fast keine umliegenden Wohnungen belegt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und Küche ist gut, aber zum Kochen wären gute Messer nicht schlecht. Ansonsten sind alle Gegenstände für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Ein Mietauto ist empfehlenswert, um Ausflüge nach Valencia oder in die umliegenden Berge machen zu können. Supermärkte und Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Lovely with beautiful swimming pool and walk straight out onto the beach.

It was much more than I expected for the money so was great value. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Has all facilities including fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker and washing machine. Has private outside terrace and is in an enclosed park with locked gates so pretty safe environment. Season was just starting during first week in June and the facilities at the beach were just opening up after having been closed for the winter. Blue flag beach which is very safe for little children. I would certainly book this apartment again and the owners of the property were absolutely charming.

Unos días maravillosos

El apartamento está muy bien, con todo lo necesario. La urbanización de 10, con piscina y césped para estar cómodamente tumbado, y con acceso directo a la playa que la hace mas acogedora todavía. La zona dispone de bares/restaurantes con muy buenos platos relación calidad/precio, ya sean de menú como de carta. Y además Matías está para atenderte en todo lo que necesites.

El apartamento tal y como aparece en las fotos, muy bien puesto todo y en la cocina no falta de nada. Terraza perfecta para desayunar, comer,... La urbanización es un lujo. Y el dueño-Matias, que se encarga de tener todo disponible para que puedas disfrutar de la estancia. Muy recomendable.
