I stayed in this apartment for 12 days and it was wonderful! Super clean, easy check-in, excellent communication with landlords and a truly beautiful place. Great location (next to Piazza Dante) with a wonderful supermarket, just around the corner. Can’t wait to go back!

Spacy apartment in the heart of Naples Old Town

We had a great stay in the heart of Naples. Metro Station Piazza Dante, Via Toledo, Spaccanapoli, Piazza de Plebiscito and very good trattorias nearby by foot. Sergio was a kind host.

Grand apartment in Naples

Well located property in the heart of Naples old town, but commutation with the owners was a little difficult in English. The TV was not working when we stayed. The property is very grand with huge rooms but there are only two bedrooms. The third bed is a sofabed in the lounge room.

L'appartamento è meraviglioso, proprio come appare nell'annuncio. Un lusso nel cuore della città. È molto rumoroso, certo, ma è il prezzo da pagare per essere in centro. La Wi-Fi non arriva alle camere. Comunque, merita la pena e Fabrizio (e suo figlio) è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo con noi in ogni momento.

Purtroppo l'appartamento nn era pulito le sedie e i divani pieni di macchie abbiamo dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani i cuscini nn avevano le federe e la televisione nn funzionava. Peccato perché l'appartamento era luminoso è sarebbe stato anche bello se fosse stato pulito doccia compresa. Il signor Fabrizio una persona squisita è gentile ogni volta che l'ho contattato per qualcosa tramite telefono o whatsapp disponibilissimo.Comunque il nostro soggiorno a napoli....top!!!!!

Authentic Napoli Experience

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay! The apartment is spacious and location is perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. There were many restaurants and a supermarket around the corner and the train was easily accessible to get to other locations.

Great location for proximity to city center but not for those who want to sleep.

The apartment is in a very old building and based upon the pictures we thought it would be a bit more updated. The location is great from a proximity perspective, but it has no AC and is near a very busy and loud street. With the fans they provide, we could make the apartment reasonably comfortable at night with the windows open but that made it impossible to sleep. It is near a hospital so the sirens of ambulances were quite loud and constant. Also there were not a lot of outlets so to use the fans made it difficult to charge our devices. The bathroom is updated but the shower is incredibly small. We actually ended up moving to a hotel the second night so we could sleep. Hosts were very nice and welcoming.

Gem in a perfect position

We stayed here for two days and wish it was 2 weeks. The rental car was hours late and the owner was so generous, meeting us in the evening. The apartment is like a Palace. The height of the ceilings, window shutters and doors is extraordinary and the apartment is beautiful. If you walk away from the port you are in a very interesting part of the city with great food, the archeological museum down the road and endless laneways to explore. Walk up the hills for coffee and shopping. The locals are so lovely they are like family. A true taste of Italy. A 10/ 10.

Mooi, centraal gelegen appartement

Goede ontvangst door de eigenaar Sergio. Uitleg ontvangen en wat tips voor in de stad. Bij vragen werd direct gereageerd via de whatsapp. Iets wat we niet vonden werd binnen korte tijd gebracht. Zelfs de taxi naar het vliegveld is door de broer van Sergio, Fabrizio voor ons geregeld. Al met al top!

Terrific location and beautiful apartment

Apartment was very clean and nicely kept. However, there were not enough electrical outlets to charge phones or plug in fans. Additionally the elevator reqd a deposit of 10c to go up and it was inconvenient as we did not always have change. Also it would have been nice to have some instant coffee or a coffee machine w coffee available.

Heerlijk appartement midden in de reuring

Als je Napels voluit wil beleven zit je perfect in dit appartement. Enorm grote slaapkamers met meer dan genoeg kastruimte, zowel leg als hang. Fijne koele kamers waar het ‘s nachts ook behagelijk is. De badkamer is compact maar compleet. Lekker veel handdoeken voor iedereen. Heel warm welkom en prima communicatie via whatsapp en de VRBO-app in het Engels. Honderden eettentjes op loopafstand, supermarkt en koffie letterlijk om de hoek. Het archeologisch museum op loopafstand en de metro op 100 meter. De perfecte uitvalsbasis om Napels te verkennen. Ik raad dit appartement met zijn gastheren van harte aan. We komen zeker terug!! Alla prossima volta!

Soggiorno magnifico di 4 giorni in un appartamento all interno di un palazzo storico caratterizzato da ambienti molto ampi. Appartamento pulito e proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli sicuramente vorrei tornare qui.

Great location for a stay in Naples

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The street outside can get a bit noisy but the location is great near Piazza Dante Metro & taxi.

Beautiful Property near Metro and Activities

We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was amazing, he checked on us via messages regularly. He gave us recommendations of places to see and restaurants to visit. There were books and phamplets in the apartment about local sights. The apartment is in the historic district near the Metro station and on one of the busiest streets in Naples. There is a grocery store that you can see from the balconies. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable, conveniently located apartment

Located in an historic apartment block on a busy street close to Dante metro, with large rooms, extraordinarily high ceilings, and modern updates. Very clean. We especially appreciated the washing machine and the comfortable beds. Operated by the owner (not an agency), so we didn’t get a lot of information in advance, but the owner did respond helpfully to requests for information. He also alerted us to a metro closure, which was a lifesaver. Check-in was not perfect - we had to wait 15 minutes for the arrival of the key. Other than that, this place was a great apartment in the city, a real gem for the price, I would say.
