Located directly on the Coosawattee River, you'll love the calming sound of the river both day and night. The last 1/2 mile of roads to the cabin are gravel, so even though you're only an hour or so north of the city, you'll feel a world away from life's 'normal' stress.
There is a large covered porch with ceiling fans and plenty of seating, including a log swing. Enjoy meals on the huge screened in porch while being entertained by the abundant wildlife both in the wooded yard and in the river. It's not uncommon to see deer playing in the river or crossing through the yard. Let your relaxation continue as you build your own campfire by the river. Terrace level patio features a 6-person hot tub - perfect way to end an evening if you choose.
Main floor features a living room with a gas fireplace and a 55-inch TV. Kitchen with plenty of counter space and stainless steel appliances is stocked with all the culinary tools you'll need - coffee maker, pots and pans, cutlery, bottle opener, etc. Large Master bedroom features King log bed with high-quality mattress for a perfect night's sleep. Master Bath has whirlpool bath and separate shower.
Upper level has loft area and second Master bedroom which also has King size log bed. Walk out of this bedroom onto a small private covered porch.
Terrace level is the 'fun' zone, featuring a large seating area with 55 inch TV, board games, puzzles and books. There is also a full-sized ping pong table (with paddles and balls) if you're feeling competitive. Bedroom with 2 Twin log beds connects to full bathroom with washer/dryer.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. Everything was so thought out and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. Such. Wonderful host. Very attentive.
The host was very responsive from the time of booking all the way through checkout. The cabins were nice and perfect for our families. Would love to come back in the summer!
The cabin was clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans/ utensils you need to cook and grill. The bathrooms are kept clean and have plenty of towels and wash clothes. The large table on the patio was perfect for a family of 7 and room for more. The kids loved the downstairs playroom and access to a bathroom without going through the whole house. We had two dogs with us and they loved running the yard and swimming in the river. They do have an outside hose to clean your shoes and dogs off before going into the cabin. My brother and his family stayed upstairs and enjoyed having their privacy when it came time for the little to take a nap. Very well maintained cabin that truly is beyond peaceful. Woke up every morning and had coffee with the deer and geese!
Everything was absolutely perfect. Hosts were very curteous and communication was great. Cabin had everything we needed plus some things we didn't realize we needed. Very pet friendly and exceptionally clean. Plenty of room in a beautiful setting. We will definitely be back!
The host was incredible! Super responsive and welcoming. The cabin itself was beautiful. Amazingly comfortable with lots of amenities and space for many people. I picked this place because the hosts were well rated and there many high reviews and I can see why! It lived up to all expectations. It feels very private even being next to another cabin. The hottub and firepit are awesome!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain cabin on the river. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and scenic the property was. The sound of the river flowing nearby made it incredibly relaxing. The cabin itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything we needed for a perfect getaway, and you could tell a lot of care had gone into making the space welcoming for guests. We especially loved spending time outside enjoying the river and the quiet surroundings. This was the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a cozy place to spend time with family, this cabin is truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful mountain escape!
We had yet another amazing family vacation here! The property is beautiful, the river was flowing and the wildlife was amazing! Even the dog got in on the swimming :)
Rivers Echo exceeded our expectations. Location was great. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The porches were perfect for visiting and kept us dry during the frequent rain. We loved having a fire at the flick of a switch. The house had everything needed for our stay. Highly recommended
