Why they chose this property
We have owned a very successful camper/pontoon rental company called Don't Rough It Camper & Pontoon Rentals since 2013 and have always talked about adding a cabin to our rental line-up. We have always loved the Ellijay and Blue Ridge area and have been looking for that perfect place and as of November 2021 we closed on The Knotty Pine!
What makes this property unique
The Knotty Pine is located right on the Coosawattee River within the Coosawattee River Resort. We really strive to place emphasis on a great cozy cabin stay by providing top of the line cooking options with our PitBoss Pellet/Grill Smoker Combo, microwave/airfryer, waffle maker and MUCH more! For those working vacations we do have fast wifi and desk work center. There are 5 smart TV's throughout the cabin and has many of your favorite streaming services, Hulu with local channels is provided :-) Enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace from the comfort of the couch or recliner or out by the firepit located riverside on our large 16'X16' deck. During the warmer season you can tube right from the backyard down to the resort pool which is about a 30 minute tube ride! Amenities cards are available so you can enjoy the resorts many amenities which include 3 pools (one indoor heated pool open year around), there is a putt putt golf course, tennis courts, arcade and conference center. Please note amenities card do come at an additional expense.
