The apartment is a very bright penthouse, with 3 spacious Suites, 2 bathrooms, a spacious six-door closet made especially for storing your clothes and suitcases, as well as closets in each of the Suites.

∙ Terrace
It has a dedicated terrace from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Eternal City while having breakfast or an evening aperitif on the comfortable coffee table.
It is an integral part of our exclusive apartment, and offers ample space where you can relax and admire the breathtaking view, but at the same time far enough away to ensure your privacy and intimacy.

∙ Living Room
In the bright living room you can relax on the large sofa – which becomes an additional and very comfortable Queen-size bed if needed – while enjoying watching a good movie on the 55-inch TV with surround sound, or be surprised by the view of a red sunset on the Roman terraces overlooking the large panoramic double-glazed windows, which, coupled with the ninth-floor location, make it very quiet.
If Rome's crisp air whets your appetite, you can take advantage of the extendable table that seats as many as 8 when needed, or get a little smaller for a special evening that smells of romance.

∙ "King" Suite
Romantic Suite with a very spacious King-size bed, dedicated closet and direct view of the terrace and the Roman panorama, thanks to the three windows that make it very bright.

∙ "Queen" Suite
Intimate and cozy, with a Single-size bed that becomes a Queen-size if needed, very bright thanks to the three windows overlooking the condominium courtyard, and with a very spacious wooden walk-in closet at your complete disposal.

∙ "Single" Suite
Exclusive and private, it has a Single-size bed, a large dedicated chest of drawers and a workspace with a desk and upholstered chair, plus views of the large condominium courtyard and direct entrance from the living room.

∙ Kitchen
Of excellent workmanship, new and modern, it has everything you will need: large pedestal refrigerator with freezer, electric oven and microwave oven, 5-burner gas stove top, electric kettle, American coffee maker, Italian-style espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, ample wall cabinets and complete supply of dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses and plates, as well as a large selection of teas, infusions and coffee, free of charge.
Adjoining the kitchen you have a large storage room where you can find everything you need for cleaning, and where you can store what you need.

An oasis of comfort and relaxation for you, it offers everything you need for a stress-free personal care routine. Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure a pleasant experience, from the capacious bathtub to the full-length mirror that rotates to become a handy shelving unit for storing your belongings.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi and independent heating for the cold season, and independent air conditioning for the hot season. The installations are new and state-of-the-art, and the lighting in all rooms of the apartment consists of wall spotlights.

For your safety, there are smoke, carbon monoxide and gas detectors in the house, as well as a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

- ACCESS -
The apartment is located on the ninth floor, reached by the condominium elevator that goes up to the eighth floor; the entire apartment will be entirely at your disposal.

To ensure your privacy and independence, we have provided a locker box for check-in.

The apartment is easily reached by a short walk from the Metro B Libia stop, which can be reached by subway from Roma Termini Central Station, which in turn can be reached by the "Leonardo" train from Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports.
