The master suite features a bed with a modern and luxurious headboard, a closet equipped with hangers for your clothes, and a private bathroom also finished in Egyptian Yellow marble. It also includes a private terrace with a direct and unobstructed view of the magnificent Mondello coastline. Next is a very comfortable double room, featuring two single beds and a closet for storing your clothes. It also has a large window that you can open from time to time to wake up to the scent of the sea and the mountains, which will enchant your mind and eyes in the early morning. You’ll find another large bathroom with Guatemalan Verde marble worktops and walls, where you’ll also find an elegant bathtub—perfect for taking a little break.<br>The living room is equipped with a new TV offering access to the latest streaming platforms, two comfortable sofas—one of which can be converted into a bed that comfortably sleeps two. In this room, too, you’ll be captivated by a large window opening onto the balcony with its breathtaking view, along with specially designed artwork meant to let you feel the warmth of natural light, which enhances the relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen area is no less impressive. It features a large work surface with a quartz worktop—known for its versatility in the kitchen and its resistance to scratches and stains.
