The house is really very nice and large enough for four people. The terrace helps provide additional living space. The amenities provided were great (appliances, towels etc). The house’s passivHaus AC system worked very well despite high temperatures. Nadia, the host, was full of information and responded very rapidly and helpfully to questions texted during our stay. The house is located on a hill and is a welcome quiet reprieve from the bustle. One thing to keep in mind: the beach and town are not quite walking distance (step uphill on the way back), so depending on one’s physical shape, assume that the car will be used. We loved our stay and were sad to leave.

Perfect apartment, perfect location

So many reviews talk about the nice hosts, but Nadia and her husband are above and beyond. They are tremendously friendly and attentive to every detail.The house is brand new, extremely modern yet plenty of Spanish charm, amazingly clean and practical and comfortable. The towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils are all generous and nice.Of course, the best part for us is you can literally walk out of the apartment and start hiking trails on the Jaizkaibel mountain, starting with a path to the Church of Guadalupe.Hondarribia is a lovely village, albeit quite small. They have a great beach (very dog friendly for all but the peak summer months), plenty of restaurants, a ferry across the bay to France takes 7 minutes and the drive to San Sebastian is only 15 minutes. There is a grocery store within a 5 minute drive of the apartment.Absolutely fabulous.

Belle decouverte !

Le logement est le reflet des photos, il est très agréable, confortable et tres bien équipé. Nadia, l'hôte, apporte plusieurs attention à notre arrivée, elle est au petits soins et donne des conseils de visite. Le gros plus etant la terrasse. La voiture reste necessaire pour decouvrir les environs. A reserver sans hésiter
