The apartment has 70m2, is located on a 4th floor with one bedroom and capacity for up to 4 people.



Moreover, the apartment has two bathrooms with a shower equipped with a hairdryer, an independent kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary to spend some fabulous days with your loved ones and enjoy the beautiful Playa de La Victoria and its seafront promenade.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Regional Government)
