The Space:
Welcome to this 180m2 spacious and bright flat next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.
The apartment has been under another owners management, you can see some of the amazing reviews on the listing pictures; as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay!
APARTMENT LAYOUT - BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The apartment features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a very modern kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for in-house dining, and the cozy entertainment area invites you to relax with a film or a glass of wine by the sofa. With airy, sunlit interiors, our local designer has created a contemporary and very colorful space. Eclectic walls and cheerful furniture that give the apartment a lot of character!
The unit is divided on 5 different levels and fits up to 16 guests divided in 5 bedrooms:
LOWER FLOOR (red):
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200)
- A home cinema and relaxation area with Jacuzzi.
- Bathroom (toilet and sink)
GROUND FLOOR (blue) - street level:
- A bright and stylish comfortable living room with two double sofa beds.
- An open, modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area.
FIRST FLOOR (pink)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200) with bathroom and walk-in shower ensuite
- Bedroom 3: double bed (160x200) with bathroom and walk-in shower ensuite
- Separate toilet chamber by the corridor
SECOND FLOOR (green):
- Bedroom 4: Two Double beds (140x200) with bathroom and walk-in shower + separate toilet chamber, both ensuite.
- Workspace by the corridor
THIRD FLOOR (blue):
- Bedroom 5: double bed (160x200) including a beautiful bathroom with bathtub ensuite.

The location of the apartment will allow you to move quickly and easily across the capital via many possibilities for public transportation:

- Metro: Strasbourg - Saint Denis (lines 4, 8 et 9), 4 minutes by walk
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.

- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

The apartment has plenty of space and is a good location. We have teenagers and almost teens for children so they fit in this space very well. The metro is a close walk.

Overall this was a good place for my family to stay. We had eight people all together and this provided beds for all of us. The only complaint I had was some of the air conditioning units weren't working properly but the owners responded quickly to our requests to help us out. Also if you're traveling with your family, downstairs has a bed and a big bathtub but there are no windows and no air conditioning so a hint to all your parents out there, take one of the upstairs rooms. It gets hot downstairs. Other than that everything was great. The location is walking distance from everything, and the place was clean. I would also recommend bringing your own soap because they didn't have enough soap when you're taking a shower.

Overall, this property was a great fit for us, a group of 16 spending a weekend in Paris. The flat offered both plenty of beds and a decently-sized communal area. The place was in good condition (apart from one air con unit not working, but repairmen came to look at it on day one) and reasonably priced. The alleyway used to access the rental was a bit run down, but that was not an issue and it felt safe at any time of day or night. The only gripe was the lack of privacy in some respects - this may not be an issue when sharing rooms with a lover, but the lack of shower curtains / doors in some places left to be desired. The property could do with existing (transparent) doors to be frosted, or doors to be added where there is none. Our group was quite relaxed about it, but could be an issue from some.

It is a nice clean property, seemingly recently renovated. It’s located in what appears to be a former retail store in a retail corridor. Sufficient towels and household paper products. Plenty of local dining establishments Our host was responsive. It’s a convenient area as HQ to tour Paris. The living area/kitchen is in the ground floor, the bedroom with the hot tub is in the basement. The first floor has two bedrooms that share a commode, but have separate bathrooms. The next floor has the double queen beds and the top floor has the room with skylights. That’s a bit of a climb so we put the youngest 20 something couple there. We had cooling issues with the minisplit air conditioning units that serve two rooms. One the hosts quickly repaired, but the other unit was.completely inoperable. Host brought a fan and the nighttime weather in September was cool enough that opening the window to circulate air sufficed.

We, a family of 16 members, 7 kids (3-16 years), and 9 adults (33-73) stayed at the apartment for a week (Monday to Sunday) April 2025. All in all, the apartment was indeed very comfortable, the rooms quite spacious, with privacy due to the fact that almost each room is on a different level. Although the entrance door is located in the passage corridor, we felt safe. The kitchen is well equipped, and you may prepare and eat your dinner quite comfortably. The apartment was clean and well prepared, and the children really enjoyed the jacuzzi in the basement. Location is just perfect, with sites, restaurants and all you need is a stone throw (Rue Montorgueil is 3min. walk only, with all its remarkable shops around).Theo and his team were just marvelous. Theo responded promptly to any message I sent, replied in detail and was very courteous and patient. They did everything needed to make our stay enjoyable and memorable (including allocating 3 sets of keys for much more flexibility for the members of the group, something rare to find).It is a very complicated event where you wish to have a wonderful, quiet and satisfactory trip with so many members in one apartment, for a whole week. Theo and his team contributed a lot to a very memorable stay in Paris.

This property is not your typical Paisan apartment. It looks like it was an industrial building that was converted to an apartment. It is located within a complex that is more of store fronts vs residential. This is also located in a tale of two different neighborhoods. Depending on which entrance you are dropped off, the neighborhood looks sketchy, however heading out the back entrance was a different world with great restaurant and shops. We discovered the right way pretty late in our trip as we were cautious. Overall our stay was just OK and the description was pretty accurate. I wouldn't call it luxury, it more just an OK place. Pros:The property was clean, reflected the pictures, ok for short stays, very attentive property managers. This is ideal for a group celebrating a stagg weekend.Cons: Very limited privacy as you can hear every conversation from the outside and in. If you are on the top floor you can hear the conversation happening all the way at the bottom flow. The bathroom layouts are also a little different with limited doors when showering. The bottom floor also has a mildew odor on account of the hot tub.

Helaas was de code verkeerd voor de incheck, echter werd dit direct opgelost. De locatie is wat apart gezien het in een oude passage is, die overigens helemaal leeg lijkt.Huis wel schoon en netjes. Op een paar gebreken in de woning na.
