This awesome apartment offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and classic elegance and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It consists of a master double bedroom (bed size 160 x 195 cms) with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom (bed size 140 x 195 cms) and another bathroom with shower.
The spacious and elegant living room includes dining table and an open kitchen.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while a Dyson fan provides ventilation in the living room.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning (in each bedroom), autonomous heating, wash&dryer machine, dishwasher, mid size oven, Nespresso and kettle.

Let us know if you need help or advice on:
- Private taxi from/to airports, train stations and Civitavecchia harbor.
- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums.
- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of € 150 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

The location was perfect. The biggest downfall was the elevator not working and having to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs. It started working when we checked out.

Dear Lisa, we are very sorry for the inconvenience of the broken elevator. Unfortunately it broke on a holiday (May 1st), the next day the condominium administrator immediately called the assistance that intervened on Saturday May 3rd to fix the fault. It is an inconvenience that did not depend on us and that we could not manage directly.

Perfekt placering ved hyggelige små gader

Lejligheden har den mest fantastiske placering, i hjertet af Rom. Den ligger i kvarteret med de små hyggelige gader, hvor der er caféer, små butikker og rigtig god stemning (uden at det støjer for meget) og den ligger i gåafstand til hele midtbyen. Lejligheden har gode senge og alt hvad man har brug for. Venlig og hjælpsom vært. Skal vi til Rom og have mest id af byen, ville jeg vælge denne lejlighed igen.
