Beautifully decorated southern exposure with large lanai open to both living area and master bedroom. Updated and fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. 2 full bathrooms featuring granite countertops and custom tile. Master bath has large walkin shower in stunning tile. Large walkin closet in the master bedroom. Laundry in unit. Amazing views from your second floor lanai. Waterfront on an intersecting canal with quick one bridge access to the gulf. Heated pool and shuffleboard area with plenty of chairs. Dock available on first come first serve basis. Large condo of 1289 sq foot close to all the restaurants, shopping and beaches. Great location for a seasonal rental of 60 days or longer. Parking right outside your door and guest parking available. HOA approval required. Absolutely perfect.

Beautiful property close to everything Cape Coral and Ft. Myers has to offer.

Beautiful, totally renovated property, with all the amenities. Close to everything in the area and in walking distance to several nice restaurants. Saturday's farmers market is a real treat to visit, as is the Yacht Club and the Boathouse Restaurant at Cape Coral Beach.

Perfect winter retreat, close to everything!

We loved our stay in Cape Coral Jan - March, 2022. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and we especially loved the large lenai from coffee to cocktails. The view from the master bedroom was delightful. Waking up each morning to the swaying palm trees was pretty great too! The condo is right next to the complex pool. The location is a short bike ride, car ride to many restaurants and entertainment venues. We biked, golfed, danced, played pickleball, and boated. We needed to contact the owner (Diane) a couple of times, and each time she responded immediately and prompt resolution/answers

Wonderful location and condo

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of towels, both bath and for the kitchen. The lanai has sliding glass doors which made it possible for us to sit out there in any kind of weather. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very easy to contact and work with. Overall, it was a great experience.

Why they chose this property

I love the location. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The unit is very quiet located in the middle of the complex. Very close to the pool area. I never want to leave.........

What makes this property unique

The sliding glass doors open fully to allow the living room and bedroom open to the lanai.
