The stylish and bright living area boasts a generous sofa, a TV for entertainment, ambient lighting and luxurious furnishings.

The kitchen, also located off the entrance hall, is modern and well-equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a Haier oven and Teka induction cooktop. An elegant round table in the kitchen comfortably seats eight guests, while a large utility room nearby provides convenient access to the side garden.
