Enter into an updated fresh and bright home. The energy will make you want to get up and get active at the 4 resort golf courses, 2 rec centers (gym and pool) or join one of many clubs including art, woodworking, gaming or just socialize with newly made friends at the 2 resort restaurants.
Our home is perfect for a couple with an extra bedroom for guests or maybe two couples as both bedrooms are ensuite. There is an additional 1/2 bath for visitors.
Just bring your clothes. Everything you need awaits you. Fully equiped kitchen, grill and outdoor furniture on the desirable east/southeast oriented patio. WIFI, Smart TV for those Sunday game days or movie night.
Clothes washer and dryer.
Custom security doors on the front door and patio.
The spacious 2400 sq ft home provides generous spaces for a wheelchair or walker, if needed.

The Grand is an amazing community so much to do, great swimming , workout rooms and activities. Our host at the house was very caring and available for any questions. The house was spacious and comfortable. Overall it was a great experience!

Might look at pest control aspect, last couple of weeks we experienced a small insect about 1/2 inch long and thin that was crawling on the floor. Experienced about 5-10 of them. Was limited TV channels, particularly sports and news due to the limited package from Cox.

Hi Don, Thank you for your review. Since this is the first we have heard about any insects, we will contact Arrow Exterminatiors, which is the company that we use (and have used for the last year) for all pest problems because we want to be sure that it is cleared up before your return booking next April. Or before any other guest arrive. As to the TV. We use Cox as an internet source only. The cable channels come through Sling TV because the sports, news and entertainment channels offered seemed to fit with our guests better than what Cox was offering at the time we signed up. If those channels do not fit with your desires, we will be in contact to see what we can work out before April's return. Thank you.

Rental in Sun City Gramd

We had a good impression of this property and the opportunities we had through the activity facilities available to us there. We missed having cable tv with sports channels, as we wanted to watch end of the season football games/ The home and neighbourhood are very nice and pleasant.

David and Kay, we are so glad that you had a good time in Sun City Grand and in our house. Instead of conventional cable, we chose to go with Sling TV. The package we have includes Fox sports one and two as well as ESPN one, two and three which should have had most of the games. We are sorry we didn't explain that better.
