Situated on the third floor (with a lift) of a historic building the property is conveniently located a 2-minute walk from Genoa’s historic centre and a 5-minute stroll from the bars, restaurants and attractions of Porto Antico Marina.

After a full day of exploring guests can relax in apartment\'s bright and airy living space furnished with a dining table and chairs, a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed and a smart flatscreen TV. This area also incorporates a modern kitchen which is equipped with; an induction hob, a microwave, a Mokka coffee maker and a fridge freezer.

Both the living room and bedroom enjoy large French doors that open onto a Juliet balcony.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious but, when we stay in an apartment, rather than a hotel, we expect for the kitchen to be fully functional and the washing machine should work. The washing machine does not work properly. The kitchen has very little in terms of cooking utensils and the moka pot is not compatible with the cook top.
