This pleasant apartment is ideally located in the heart of Rome, just 300 meters from Rome Termini station. It is an ideal base from Which to explore the charm of the city.

The apartment has a double bedroom and a twin room with a flat-screen TV. Both rooms feature exposed brick ceilings. Towels are provided and there is a bathroom with shower. Meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a dining table and chairs.

Many historical and cultural attractions of Rome are Within easy reach from the apartment. In 20 minutes by public transport, guests will reach the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The Pantheon is a 25-minute bus ride.

A wide range of restaurants and bars are located in this lively neighborhood, many only 200 meters. There is a supermarket 350 meters away. Is a 40 minute drive from the airport.

The Artist house is in a great neighborhood close to amazing restaurants. The apartment was very nice and well accommodated our party of 5 very comfortably. The complex is very lovely. Giuseppe kept us informed before and during our stay. I highly recommend and would stay here again

Great location and stay

This was a fantastic apartment in a great location. There were plenty of fantastic local restaurants in the area. We had plenty of room for all four of us. Communication and ease of access was appreciated through out our stay. Thanks again for a great stay.

Ideal

Outstanding apartment that met our family’s needs perfectly. Don’t be intimidated by the graffiti. It’s a beautiful, artistic, diverse neighborhood with a rich history and is steps away from the city wall and amazing restaurants and gelato, walkable from Termini Station. Great place all around.

What a great find. Perfect location for us right by the Colosseum. Perfectly timed welcome, the apartment is as described and spacious for us. 2 good double bedrooms and spacious living room. Clean and the building was nice and quiet. We could walk everywhere from this location. The terrace needs to be mentioned as it is great and all yours! Would love to go back.

Petit appartement fonctionnel et agréable

L'annonce est fidèle au logement. 2 chambres à coucher, parfait pour une famille avec 3 enfants. Chaque chambre à coucher a son unité de climatisation, ce qui permet de maintenir une température agréable dans les chambres. Il a fait jusqu'à 39 degrés Celsius à l'extérieur lors de notre visite donc l'air climatisé était nécessaire. Seul bémol: le reste de l'appartement (cuisine/salle de bain) vont être un peu plus chaud, mais c'est pas si mal. La salle de bain est équipée d'une laveuse, et il y a un peu d'espace pour sécher le linge. Il y a aussi un petit rack très pratique a l'extérieur sous la fenêtre de la salle de bain pour accélérer le processus de séchage. La cuisine est raisonnablement bien équipée. C'est quand même un peu chaud de cuisiner vu que l'air climatisé est dans les chambres, et surtout, la hotte retourne l'air dans l'appart sans filtre apparent, donc la cuisine peut rapidement sentir si on fait à manger. Il faut aussi apprendre à se servir d'une cafetière italienne pour le café. A proximité, il y a deux pizzérias très abordables, nous avons bien mangé pour une somme très raisonnable. Il y a aussi diverses épiceries, dont une à prix très modique que nous avons découvert à la fin de notre séjour. La gare prends un bon 20 minutes de marche, et bien qu'il y ait quelques bus à proximité, la couverture l'été et la fin de semaine n'est pas super, il faut bien regarder les horaires et ne pas manquer son coup pour ne pas trop attendre.

Kurztrip nach Rom

Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut funktioniert, auch per WhatsApp. Die Lage ist ganz gut, in der Nähe gibt es eine ganz gute Busanbindung, und ein Café indem man gut frühstücken kann. Würden die Wohnung bei einem nochmaligen Romaufenthalt wieder nutzen.

Very nice air-conditioned apartment! Perfect location! Very clean! Many restaurants, cafes and gelato shops just steps away. No living area, but we were out all day and ready to go to bed when we got home. The apartment is on the third floor; there is an elevator. The washing machine was nice to have. No drier, but there are drying racks. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Giuseppe!

Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, viele Bars und Restaurants, sehr laute Umgebung!

Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr zuverlässig, die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist ordentlich und sauber. Alles da, was man braucht. Zwei Dinge schmälerten jedoch den Spaß an unserem Aufenthalt: zum ersten ist die Umgebung wirklich extrem laut (bis spät in die Nacht und weit mehr als „normaler“ Kneipenlärm), so dass es nicht möglich war, mit geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. Wer darauf keinen Wert legt...alles gut. Zum zweiten ist die Gegend (einige angrenzende Querstraßen) - wahrscheinlich bedingt durch die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Termini - gerade zu späterer Stunde ziemlich „ungemütlich“, da viele Obdachlose dort ihr Nachtquartier aufschlagen. Alles in allem aber war unser Aufenthalt vollkommen okay.

Nice apartment - Very clean

We were very pleased with this apartment. We stayed three nights as a start to our Italian adventure. The location offered lots of GREAT places to eat and the neighborhood felt very safe. The apartment offered plenty of space and was very clean. Awesome bathroom! Would have been nice to have some sort of living room to chill after pounding the Rome streets. Train station was a good 20 minute walk. The noise from the bars just below the apartment was fairly loud. We're woken up one night with drunken "singing" in the streets at 3:00am. Even after that concern: Overall, this was a really nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

Lovely apartment - shame about the noise

We couldn't fault the accommodation. Clean, warm and cosy. Unfortunately the music from local bar went on into the small hours. Difficult to give a full star rating just because of the noise which we appreciate is not the fault property owner but did affect our enjoyment.

A due passi dal Colosseo

Luminosa e arredata di tutto punto, questa soluzione è l’ideale per trascorrere le proprie vacanze alla scoperta di Roma. Abbiamo pernottato in cinque, ma l’appartamento può comodamente ospitare fino a 6 persone, mettendo a disposizione due bagni e una cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. La vera sorpresa però la riserva il terrazzo: siamo rimasti sbalorditi non appena abbiamo visto il Colosseo, proprio lì di fronte a noi! L’appartamento si trova in una zona ben servita, dai negozi alle pizzerie, vicinissima al centro storico dove si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti. E soprattutto è una zona ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici: si può raggiungere tranquillamente la Stazione Termini (così come gli aeroporti), il che ci ha permesso di spostarci con facilità senza dover ricorrere ai taxi. A tutto questo si aggiunge la disponibilità e gentilezza del gestore della casa, che ci ha aiutato con i nostri piccoli grandi dubbi da turisti.
