A large 1930s-style house, recently skilfully expanded to provide luxurious holiday accommodation in Sheringham.

Just a 15-minute walk to the beach and the wonderful High Street. Rosehaven welcomes up to 12 guests in stylish accommodation featuring 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.

Located on a private road lined with large detached homes and close to beautiful Beeston Common, Rosehaven has recently been skilfully and extensively expanded and updated to provide a spacious, contemporary yet comfortable holiday retreat near the heart of Sheringham.

Accommodating up to twelve guests in luxury accommodation, we aim to share our holiday home with couples, families, and friends and provide a luxurious, relaxing, and comfortable home-away-from-home experience.

The accommodation briefly comprise:

A large and beautifully decorated open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with sliding doors opening onto the garden, bringing the outdoors inside.

The kitchen is equipped with Corian worktops, two dishwashers, two Siemens ovens, a warming drawer, an induction cooktop, a floor-to-ceiling refrigerator, a drink refrigerator, a freezer, and dining space for up to fourteen guests.

The living area features luxurious, custom-designed modular seating, a 43-inch internet TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access, an HDMI DVD player, HDMI cables for game consoles, and a large Bluetooth speaker.

Adjacent to the living area is a separate cosy room/playroom, also equipped with an internet-enabled TV, an HDMI DVD player, HDMI connections for game consoles, a CD player, and DAB radio connections. This space is perfect for both children and adults and offers those seeking peace and quiet a retreat away from the rest of the house.

Also on the ground floor is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a guest bathroom with a toilet and sink.

There are six luxuriously appointed bedrooms, each named after a local village and each with its own bathroom:

Kelling: A large, beautifully appointed bedroom with a super-king-size bed and sweeping views of the sea and Beeston Hill. A large en-suite bathroom with a Velux window providing plenty of natural light completes this master suite. This room can also be configured as a twin room if needed.

Weybourne: A large bedroom, decorated in shades of grey and ochre, which can be offered as either a twin-bedded or super-king room. Weybourne has a large en-suite bathroom with a window facing the back of the house.

Sustead: A large bedroom with mirrored furniture, a super-king bed, and built-in closets. This bedroom features its own seating area and a large en-suite bathroom with a Velux window that lets in plenty of natural light.

Blickling: A double bedroom that can be configured as either a super king-size or twin-bedded room, featuring a charming en-suite bathroom.

Felbrigg: A twin room, ideal for adults or children, with exclusive use of the family bathroom.

Gresham: A large ground-floor bedroom with a king-size bed, built-in closet, and its own large en-suite bathroom. This room and the en-suite bathroom feature wider doors for easy access.

Each bedroom has its own TV with Freeview access.

All beds are made with luxury Egyptian cotton linens, and large, fluffy towels, robes, and slippers are provided for all guests. We also provide Gilchrist and Soames Spa Therapy hand wash, body lotion, and hair and body wash in each bathroom.

At the rear of the property is a fully self-contained and very private garden with a large patio area, lawn, outdoor rattan table and chairs for 12, an outdoor sofa area, and a gas BBQ. We also provide outdoor blankets for those cooler evenings.

All areas of the house and gardens are yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay.
