VILLA REGAZO ANDALUZ HOLIDAY HOME IN TORROX

Beautiful holiday villa in the countryside, between the mountains and 12 minutes from the sea. An oasis of peace surrounded by fruit trees and artisan vineyards. Splash in your private pool or relax on the sunbeds on the surrounding terrace. The covered terrace with dining area provides cooling on hot summer days. From the balcony you overlook the surrounding area and the sea. The Dutch owners have decorated this holiday home with dedication. The ideal combination of tranquillity and space while you can easily find the cosiness. Villa Regazo Andaluz has a few orange trees, several lemon trees, mango tree, cherimoya tree, almond tree and a large fig tree. Picking is allowed!



LAYOUT VILLA REGAZO ANDALUZ

Villa Regazo Andaluz consists of two floors. On the ground floor is the cosy living room with television (with NL/DU/EN TV), bluetooth speaker, dining area, sitting area and air conditioning. The open kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas cooker, juicer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker (filter and Nespresso). On the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and a second bedroom with double bed (160x200) and air conditioning. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. On the first floor is the third bedroom with double bed (180x200), air conditioning and direct access to the balcony overlooking the sea. The second bathroom has a bath with shower over it, toilet, basin and hairdryer. There is a washing machine as well as a powerful wifi signal via Starlink. Villa Regazo Andaluz is perfect for workations as well. Heating: the fireplace (wood stove) heats well, there is also air conditioning (hot/cold).



OUTSIDE AT VILLA REGAZO ANDALUZ

Outdoor living at Villa Regazo Andaluz is perfect. Around the private pool is a large tiled terrace with sun beds (6 pieces) all around as well as a parasol and outdoor shower. The pool is covered with a cover from November to February. Under the covered terrace is a seating area with a table to sit quietly. In the garden there are many tropical plants and trees. There is a lovely pergola to enjoy the view in the shade with a spacious dining area and gas barbecue for outdoor cooking. From the balcony you can enjoy unique sea views. You drive to Torrox in 7 minutes, Torrox Costa in 13 minutes and Nerja beach in 15 minutes. The property is fenced at the parking lot, there is parking space for 3 cars.



OUTDOORS

This holiday home is 7 minutes' drive from the lively white village of Torrox, known for having the best climate in Europe. Around the village square are many nice restaurants. Do you want to go for the hustle and bustle? Then drive to Torrox Costa with its sandy beach and promenade full of shops and terraces. During your stay, also visit lovely white mountain villages such as Competa and Frigiliana in the surrounding mountain area of the Axarquia. Here you can make many beautiful walks.



Beautiful sandy beaches for relaxing are Burriana beach or Carabeo beach in Nerja. Stroll through the narrow streets of Nerja's old town or visit the cities of Malaga or Granada with its famous Alhambra. And in the winter season, you can ski in the Sierra Nevada in the morning and lie on the beach in the afternoon.

- A (rental) car is necessary at this destination. It's better to not rent cars such as a Fiat 500 as they are very low to the ground, a car such as a Fiat Panda is better suited.

You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
