Benedetta Beautiful House - By the Sea with A/C

Beautiful semi-detached house in a quiet area close to everything.  Ideal for 6 persons. 3 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The 3 bedrooms each have 2 single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed. This gives flexibility to the management of the house which remains an ideal place for groups of friends to families with 2 or 3 children. A large living room with dining area and fully equipped open kitchen. 5 minutes walk to the beach - 7 minutes walk to the centre of Levanto - 10 minutes walk to the train station. You will have ample outdoor spaces equipped for moments of quiet and relaxation, (2 Terraces, 1 Gazebo). Sea view in the distance.

The cleaning fee includes 80 euros for linen.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 3 nights

We loved Levanto and had a beautiful stay. It was a quick walk from the train station to the home and it's right on a main walkway down to the beach and town center. Our host helped us make a reservation for dinner and gave wonderful recommendations.

Great location with a view! We stayed there with our two young kids and it was perfect. Easy walk to beach and town, plus there was two beautiful balconies and a gazebo. Also, 3 bedrooms so our kids each had their own bedroom. Would definitely stay there again.
