About this property

Giobea Apt - in the center - by the sea - with...

This is a beautiful flat on the top floor, recently renovated, with a new kitchen and bathroom and all new furnishings. The flat has 3 bedrooms. 2 large bedrooms, both have air conditioning which makes the whole flat cool. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the second has two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed (sofa bed) and is ideal for a teenager or child. All beds have new mattresses. There is a very bright and spacious lounge with a double sofa bed. To one side there is a dedicated dining area and an open plan kitchen area. The flat is located in the old part of the village in a quiet area and close to everything (shops, bars, restaurants...) and the nearest beach and port of Monterosso only 150 metres away. The railway station is only 700 metres away.

The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.

City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights
