Casa Jetty is a recently renovated townhouse with a modern and sunny design, offering breathtaking views of Aiguadolc marina and the sea.



Situated just above the bustling marina, it provides easy access to a variety of restaurants and bars, serving everything from seafood to pizza. The house is also a short walk from two sandy coves and beach cafes, and a pleasant 15-minute stroll from Sitges town centre along a scenic coastal path.





With the perfect outdoor space in which to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle, whilst appreciating the spectacular views across the marina. There is also a superb communal swimming pool just a few doors along from the house.



Casa Jetty, exclusively managed by Sitges Hills Villas, is newly furnished in a bright, attractive and contemporary style and is equipped to a high standard while offering every amenity necessary to make your holiday a memorable experience.



The accommodation is distributed over 3 floors as follows;



Entrance Floor

The front door opens into a hallway with a brand new and fully-equipped kitchen to the left and an open plan living and dining area to the right.

The open plan living and dining area is newly refurbished in a clean and contemporary style with two comfortable sofas, a large TV as well as a dining table that comfortably seats up to 6 guests. There are large sliding doors leading out to the lovely terrace equipped with an additional dining table with BBQ and enjoying fantastic sea views.

There is also a guest toilet on this floor.



First Floor

All 3 bedrooms of Casa Jetty are located on this floor and each one has been recently decorated and newly furnished. There is a good sized master suite with en-suite bathroom with access to an internal patio with sofa bed. There is a second en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with bunk beds.



Roof Terrace

One of the best features of Casa jetty is the wonderful roof terrace with stunning 360 degree views of the marina, sea and surrounding hills. It's stylishly furnished with a comfortable seating area and sunbeds.

There is a pergola offering shade from the hot afternoon sun. The roof terrace offers the ideal space for sunbathing during the daytime or enjoying a cocktail in the evening while watching the sunset.



Casa Jetty comfortably sleeps up to 6 guest in fully air conditioned rooms as follows;

Bedroom 1: Master suite with double bed 180c x 200cm, en-suite bathroom & built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with double bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom & built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3: Bunk beds with wardrobe.

Bathroom One - En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin & toilet.

Bathroom Two - En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin & toilet.

Guest toilet on the entrance level with toilet & washbasin.



OUTSIDE SPACE AND COMMUNAL POOL

Casa Jetty has two great outside spaces both enjoying wonderful sea views. The first is on the entrance level with direct access from the living room. It's equipped with a BBQ, dining table and ambient lighting creating the ideal space for al-fresco dining.



The second outside space is the large roof terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing or enjoying the sea views while relaxing with a drink.



Next to the house there is a beautiful and well kept communal swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing early morning swim or an afternoon cool down.



The guests have access to the whole house, it's your home away from home!
