Dear Cherry, Thank you very much for choosing Villa Altavista for your holidays and for taking good care of the property. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay in Sitges and Barcelona and that you had a pleasant vacation. Regarding your comments about the condition of the villa, after reviewing them carefully with the owner, we would like to inform you that the entire property was freshly painted, both inside and out, in April 2025, in preparation for the rental season. Villa Altavista is also equipped with a high-end alarm system to ensure our guests' safety. During your two-week stay, we did not receive any notifications regarding issues or damage. We have a dedicated maintenance team of four professionals who can address any issue within two hours, as long as we are informed. At the time of check-in, no anomalies were reported. The only detail mentioned was that one of the staircases leading to the lower floor might be less comfortable; however, there is a wider and more accessible alternative staircase available. Following your departure, we conducted a thorough inspection of the villa. It's possible that some minor damage from a previous guest went unnoticed by our Check-in Manager. We sincerely apologize if that was the case. Although we usually spend over an hour inspecting the villa before each arrival, small details can occasionally be missed. In any case, we have completed several updates to ensure that Villa Altavista continues to offer excellent value for money, an unbeatable location, and breathtaking views. Our goal remains to consistently earn 5-star reviews, as the villa has done over the past 10 years. Thank you again for your visit, and we remain at your disposal for any future stays.
