Nice and cozy apartment on the fourth floor with a terrace equipped with awnings, East-facing, with views of gardens and common areas. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower tray), living-dining room with air conditioning and practical kitchen with access to the terrace. Furnished practically and functionally to ensure a comfortable stay. Includes parking space and WIFI service.
The PALMERAS III complex, located 380 meters from the fine sandy beach, features a garden area, children's playground/swings, community pool with children's pool, gym, steam sauna, and jacuzzi. Five minutes walking distance, hiking routes, windsurfing, paddle surfing, kitesurfing, catamaran and scooter rentals.
Capacity for 4/5 people. NO PETS ALLOWED.
NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old).
Upon arrival, you will have two options to address potential damages: either leave a deposit of 150 € that will be returned after inspection, or purchase an ACCIDENTAL damage waiver (Insurance) for 28€ non-refundable.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (biweekly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned 24/48 hours after reviewing the apartment, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
In the case of traveling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of 7 €/night/pet will be charged.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service during peak season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
