Three bedroom, two bath home in the La Quinta Cove with pool and spa. (Please note: Spa heat included in quote; pool heat is not.) Open concept living and dining with cathedral ceiling. Comfy sofa and chairs with a wood burning fireplace and 48 inch smart tv. New well-furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances granite countertops and views of the pool and mountains. Craftsman dining table is set for six but can be expanded to 10 for family gatherings.

Large master bedroom with California King bed, craftsman furniture and 39 inch smart tv. Equally large master bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, large tub, and a separate water closet.

Two additional well appointed bedrooms with queen beds, television/dvds, ceiling fans and large closets. Updated guest bath with new vanity and toilet.

Front yard pool and spa have views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. There are four relaxing loungers with a large umbrella, benches and cafe table. French doors from the kitchen give easy access to drinks and refreshments. (Pool heat an additional $125/day November to March, $100/day April to October or as used for stays over 7 days.) Guests with children under 12 must agree that children will not be in the pool area without an adult

In the backyard there are citrus trees -- Meyer lemons while they last -- and a large 4 burner grill with table and chairs for outside dining. Drink your morning coffee under the covered patio or nap in the extra large hammock.

Wifi and cable provided. Two car garage with street parking also available.

A pet is allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee. Dogs have their own fenced dog run. Additional pets at $25 up to three. No more than two large dogs or three medium/small dogs.

The house is in a friendly neighborhood two blocks from the Bear Creek Desert Preserve trail for hiking and biking. And five minutes to quaint La Quinta Village for dining, shopping and coffee. Fifteen minutes to Polo Grounds for Coachella and Stagecoach. Golf is readily available on the 120 courses located in the Valley.

The daily rental rate does not include spa or pool heat, however spa heat is included in the quote at $10/day.
Pool heat can be added for $125 per day November through March. $100/day April through October.
Cleaning fee: $150.
Pet fee if applicable $150.

Quiet neighborhood oasis

This property was a perfect oasis for our trip to Coachella. Perfect for a mother daughter weekend. It is convenient to shops and restaurants but tucked into a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is my go to house in LQ. Stay here at least once or twice a year. In early spring or early summer. It’s clean and has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool and hot tub are perfect for my small family. We always leave feeling relaxed and happy.

Perfect little house

The house was very nice and clean. We loved the master bathroom and shower. We were able to enjoy the privacy of the pool and hot tub. We would stay there again.

Comfy and Cute for Coachella

We loved our stay here for Coachella. Check-in was very easy. We were given lots of helpful information prior to our stay. The space was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. It was nice to have access to a pool and hot tub. It was conveniently located in a quiet La Quinta neighborhood, that is great for getting to the Polo Fields. Recommend this place!!

Great Location for Coachella

The place was more than we expected. The photo's make the home look dated and old but in reality its quite lovely and a great place to stay. It was clean, spacious, quite and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and so is the back yard. Checking in was smooth, it was easy to find and it was a great place to stay if you are going to Coachella and have a car. It's a close drive to the festival. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Lovely La Quinta Stay

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks with our 2 dogs. The property was in a nice neighborhood just a few blocks from beautiful hiking trails which we were lucky enough to enjoy every morning. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. We loved that it was fully fenced - which is good if you’re traveling with dogs. The property owner gave very clear check in/9”out instructions and was easy to communicate with. When we come back to La Quinta, we will definitely want to return to this property. Thanks so much!

Great family weekend.

Had a wonderful weekend in La Quinta. The house fulfilled all of our needs. It was close to old town, it was as in a quiet neighborhood. Nice open floor plan. Didn’t cook much, except for breakfast. But the kitchen was well stocked. It was close to a few hiking trails. All in all had a great weekend. Thanks

Relaxation At It’s Best

This home was exactly what I had hoped for in a quick getaway before the start of distance learning. Home owner was very kind and responded quickly to any thoughts I had. The house has an open floor plan and fits six people perfectly. The pool isn’t large, but it is great for relaxing in the sun. My kids are 15 and 11 and they enjoyed every minute. It’s dog friendly and so we were able to take our 5lb yorkie who also loved laying out in the sun with us. This place had everything we needed to bbq burgers, and cook breakfast. I did take my own seasoning but there was plenty there. The ONLY thing missing was a can opener, but it definitely has everything else. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we asked to stay one additional night. With a quick response, we stayed an extra night and the paying process was easy. I would highly recommend this place, but if you stay please take care of it, because we definitely plan on going back.

Great Place for an Extended Stay

We spent about 3 weeks in this beautiful home in La Quinta and found it to be nearly perfect for us. The location, minutes from amazing hiking and walking trails, was great for getting out with our dog. Old Town La Quinta, with its many restaurants, shops and free pickle ball courts, is a 5 minute drive or 35 minute walk away. The private hot tub and pool are well maintained and the courtyard is a great spot for quiet reading or relaxing during the day. Emmy, the host, was excellent to deal with. There was a small issue with the hot water pressure and she notified us in advance of the issue and worked with us to find the resolution that was least intrusive to our stay. The home is really well equipped for guests who like to cook. After many stays in vacation homes with painfully dull knives, I was really impressed that the knives are obviously sharpened on a regular basis; this is a level of attention to small details that is reflected throughout the property. We loved picking oranges, lemons and grapefruit off the trees in the backyard. After enjoying mimosas made with fresh squeezed oranges picked that morning, I don't think I can ever go back! Check in and check out were super smooth thanks to the clear instructions from Emmy. I also appreciated that there wasn't a long list of chores to do before checking out! All in all, this is a great property that I hope to enjoy again!
