The Coni di Pinurè are a typical trulli complex immersed in the Apulian countryside. The property has been recently restored, preserving the authentic characteristics of these ancient houses, to make every guest experience the warm and welcoming atmosphere that only the trulli can convey.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people. The main entrance leads to the living area, with sofas and armchairs, dominated by a suggestive stone cone ceiling. The brightness and light tones of the interiors, combined with a neutral decor, give an immediate feeling of peace .
From here the other environments develop. On the left side is the dining room, also a trullo, with a round table and chairs. The built-in and wooden kitchen, with a central peninsula, is perfect for enjoying convivial moments. A hidden hatch leads to the ancient tank, now transformed into a wine cellar.
The kitchen leads to the first double bedroom, large and bright, with a French window that leads to the outside and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room then leads to two other double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in showers, one of which has direct access to the outside .
Finally, in the main cone, a wooden loft has been created, where there is a French bed (140 cm), designed as an additional solution for two guests. This space, comparable to a bunk bed in its position and structure, is not a real bedroom, but represents a suggestive and functional option, ideal for children or dynamic guests. On the lower floor, they have a bathroom with a shower.
The exterior of the house has been designed to offer total relaxation to guests: a swimming pool surrounded by a large garden, a patio that shelters the outdoor kitchen, complete with barbecue and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. In addition, there is an area with seats, perfect for admiring the wonderful sunsets that color the Apulian countryside.


The Pinurè cones are located in the center between three of the most famous towns in the Itria Valley: Martina Franca, Cisternino and Locorotondo.
The nearest town is Martina Franca, which is about 4 km away. Here you will find large supermarkets, pharmacies but also restaurants serving typical cuisine and shopping streets. Not far away are Ostuni, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and much more..

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
