The villa features 4 bedrooms spread over two floors, 3 of which have double beds and one with two single beds. The kitchen is located at the entrance to a large open space with a ceiling featuring exposed beams that extends into the spacious living room, which opens directly onto a wooden veranda overlooking the garden—a perfect spot to dine outdoors and enjoy summer evenings.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The first bathroom on the ground floor features a comfortable shower and is directly connected to the two adjacent bedrooms. An elegant wooden staircase leads to the ground floor, offering a view of the hall below through a carefully designed architectural gallery.
The ground floor, with its hardwood floors, features a bedroom with a double bed and a suite with an en-suite bathroom complete with a hydromassage tub and a large terrace offering a direct view of the garden below and the magnificent surrounding panorama.
On the ground floor, the kitchen opens conveniently onto an outdoor area equipped with an additional gas stove, electric range, and outdoor fireplace for summer barbecue evenings with friends.
The villa also features an outdoor spa located beneath a transparent igloo, which can be fully opened in the summer—a touch that will make your stay at Villa Felice truly magical. This spa is available upon request for a separate fee.
The villa is a 5-minute drive from the stunning scenery of Lake Garda and is located near the main shopping areas and restaurants.
