2-Bedroom 2 Bath condo in Vail Village, Villa Cortina

Villa Cortina Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located just a short 5 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, and all of the Village’s amenities. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub; free WIFI; free uncovered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. TV in this unit is via: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Roku, & YouTube TV.

This two bedroom two bath suite features living space; one king bed; two queen beds, two twin beds (as bunk set up); full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Good location

Loved the location and we easily walked to Gondola One each day for skiing (with skis stored near Gondola One). We also easily walked to Lionshead or Vail Village for dinners throughout our stay.

We enjoyed the quiet, clean and convenient location in Vail Village! The Vail Realty team even allowed us to have an extended check out, giving us an unexpected additional morning to enjoy the slopes!

Family ski trip

Great stay for our family (kids aged 7&9, grandparents aged 70-80). The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well kept. The bus stop just outside the building was really helpful in getting the kids to the golden peak base with minimal walking in ski gear for them. However, the walk to the gondola was easy for the adults as well. Walking distance to all the restaurants in vail village. Pool and hot tub were great for the kids. It was a great family vacation. .

Vail Christmas Stay

Overall our stay at Villa Cortina was great. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything in Vail Village. The condo was nice furnished and seemingly recently renovated. Checking in was easy and communication with Lee property managers was easy with quick responses. Only recommendation would be to either mention that there are no shower items included (e.g. shampoo and body wash) and no detergent for the washing machine. Other than these minor things the stay was perfect.

Never disappoints

Arrival was easy and we were able to get into the unit early. We've stayed here before and had such a great experience.We had to come back. We brought kids asia's ten twelve and two fourteen year olds. The smart tvs we're great, the heated bathroom floors.We're amazing. Because we had so many children with us this trip. We did much of our career. I'm cooking in home. My only ask of the unit owners is to add more mixing bowls and measuring cups that were more than one cup.We made everything work just fine.Would definitely come back again.

Top Notch Condo for Ski Trip

Our family of five loved this roomy, modern two-bedroom condo that is right at the entrance to Vail Village. Owners thought of everything - even heated floors in the bathrooms! Our three kids were so excited to get their own beds this time too. Only complaint was the heat in the condo - we couldn't get the heat to stay at a lower temp and got very warm at night. Fairly easy walk to Gondola One through Vail Village and the nice thing about Vail is you can leave your skis for overnight storage at the rental shops at the base of the mountain. Parking is right out front and shops, restaurants and shuttle bus right across the street as well. We'd love to rent this condo again!

Perfect for families

We loved this property. Lee was extremely responsive and always in touch. The directions were clear and the condo is exactly as promised! We had a family of 5 stay and we had plenty of room. The location was awesome! RIGHT across the street from Vail Village. It was a little walk to Gondola One, 10-15 minutes with the gear. The only comment I can make is that I agree with a prior reviewer about the linens smelling burned and my kids (adult kids) complained that the water in the bunkbed room didn't get hot enough. Everything you need was in the condo, just bring food and drink and you're set! We had a great stay and if we come back to Vail would love to stay again!!! Thank you Lee!

Great location, updated reno

We've rented this property in the past. The location is great, small walk to bus station. Owners moved from cable to smart app based tv and we did not have access to live tv, news, or sports. Owners had xbox out but no access to games physical or online. Kitchen was mostly stocked with needed materials. We would have liked more mixing bowls but got by with mixing in the multible blenders and soup bowls. The heated floors in both bathrooms were great, there was never a discomfort or chill in the condo. The view is beautiful, fireplace is lovely to view and the artwork around the home is interesting. Overall a great property, not sure if we will be back, but will definitely bring our roku.

We loved our Condo! Great location.

Our condo was super fun with the Art and it looked like it had been recently updated. The bathrooms were awesome and with the bunk room bathrooms having 2 sinks and a vanity was great for young adults to get ready. We loved having the creek to look at and overall it was a great trip. I would say the ONLY downside was the master bed wasn't that comfortable and the sheets didn't fit the bed so every morning I had to pull the sheets back over the side of bed but it barely fit. Also, the towels smelled burned. I rewashed them and put dtyer sheets in to try to make them smell better. I know it just trying to kill germs that they use such hot temps but they smelled bad. But... like I said we had a blast and loved the condo! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay if you are planning a ski trip to Vail

This Condo at Villa Cortina was perfect for our family ski trip to Vail. The location is wonderful - a short walk to the Gondola 1 and although we did not choose to ski out of the Lionshead base, it’s not far from there either. What was most convenient was taking advantage of Vail Realty’s ski locker at the base 1 area. It allowed us to walk with our street shoes to the ski area every morning without our boots and skis. The condo itself is updated nicely with a kitchen that had everything we needed for making breakfast each morning. The bathrooms were both wonderful with large 2 sink vanities and radiant heated floors 😊 and plenty of room. My 3 college age kids shared the 2nd bedroom and bath which was equally convenient and spacious. Vail realty was very responsive to our needs when I need a few more towels, they showed up immediately. The only thing that would make this place better, would be a hot tub in the pool area. We didn’t take advantage of the pool, even though it was heated, but would definitely have used a hot tub after skiing all day. We didn’t have a car here, but with the tight parking conditions in the village, the ability to park at the condo, would have been a wonderful amenity to take advantage of.

Wonderful ski vacation

Location was perfect - about a 7 minute walk to Gondola One and just on the edge of the shopping/restaurant center of Vail Village. Condo was nicely furnished and had a well stocked kitchen. Having a washer-dryer in unit and separate ski storage unit were nice bonuses. Vail Realty was great to work with and answered all of our questions about the property and Vail. Only downside was the pool - it was supposed to be heated to 90 degrees but it was in no way warm enough to use in January. Would definitely book this place again.
