Number 3 Braeside Mews is located in a desirable area only a few minutes walk to Goodrington Sands, Paignton beach and town centre.

This modern townhouse has 3 bedrooms (all with en-suite facilities) is arranged over 3 floors enjoying lovely open and sea views from the balcony.

Ground floor

There is a large, fully fitted kitchen/dining area with sofa, TV, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washer/drier. Cloakroom/WC.

First floor

Lounge (including TV and corner sofa) with French doors leading onto the balcony, enjoying side-sea views of the beach.

Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Second floor

The Master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a zipper bed which is set up as two singles but can be zipped together to make a King Size bed.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

A travel cot and highchair are included in the property.

Goodrington Sands with bars, family friendly pub as well as water sports, boating lake and Spashdown Waterpark are a short walk away.

Paignton, also very close-by, is a lively resort with long sandy beaches, harbour, pier and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

Other places to visit include Brixham, Torquay and Dartmouth, all within easy reach.

Paignton Zoo, Kents Cavern, and Woodlands are a few of the many local attractions.

What a great apartment we all really loved the place It was cleaned and tidy and had all we needed for our stay Really close to the town of Paignton and a nice short trip to both Torquay and Brixham Really spacious rooms and plenty of space for 3 of us

Great location and home from home

This property is in excellent condition and everything provided such as towels, crockery and utensils, were very good quality and very good condition. This made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The whole family enjoyed the experience and having such a short walk to the park and beach was brilliant, especially with children.

Fantastic holiday

A beautiful property and it was very clean and homely. Easy to access and a short distance to Goodrington Beach and a short walk to Paignton. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends and I am also considering booking for next year.

Amazing property in an amazing location

Superb property in a great location with so much to do in walking distance. All bases covered in the property and the photos don't do justice to the size and space. Will definitely look to book the property again if we visit the area in the future. Great communication from Emma with the few questions we had. thank you.

Accommodation was good had most things we wanted. Lacked prosecco glasses It was smaller than we thought and bedrooms were a little tight.Needed more outdoor space that could seat 4 (or 6) people.

Excellent - host had thought of almost everything. Slightly downgraded by lack of supplied soap and insufficient dishwasher tablets for our stay. However, would still highly recommend this property.
